Asian Greens Stir Fry
Indgredients:
  • 500g Asian greens such as, Bok choy, choy sum or Chinese cabbage
  • 1 small ampalaya fruit, seeded and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 10 spring onions, trimmed ans sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
  • 5 oz shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 tbsp. kecap manis
  • cooked egg noodles

Directions:
  1. Wash vegetables in warm water and pat dry.
  2. Slice greens into 5 cm lengths.
  3. Warm oil in wok over medium heat.
  4. Add bell pepper, spring onions, celery, lemon grass, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add greens and mushrooms. Then cover.
  6. Add cooked noodles in wok and stir in soy sauce and kecap manis.
