Asian Greens Stir Fry

Indgredients:
- 500g Asian greens such as, Bok choy, choy sum or Chinese cabbage
- 1 small ampalaya fruit, seeded and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 10 spring onions, trimmed ans sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
- 5 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 tbsp. kecap manis
- cooked egg noodles

Directions:
- Wash vegetables in warm water and pat dry.
- Slice greens into 5 cm lengths.
- Warm oil in wok over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper, spring onions, celery, lemon grass, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add greens and mushrooms. Then cover.
- Add cooked noodles in wok and stir in soy sauce and kecap manis.
